I may be from Indiana, but after spending 4 years in Florida for school this cold D.C. weather has me bundling up!
I have a really hard time with anything under 50 degrees, so my winter wardrobe is filled with warm winter essentials. From sweaters to bean boots i’ve got all the basics and then some. This past weekend we had our first real taste of snow and I bundled up in my favorite turtleneck, grey sweater, and bean boots. I’m all about neutral colors in the winter so this outfit worked perfectly.
My number one tip for surviving winter is to find clothes you can literally live in. Good quality sweaters are expensive, but so worth investing in. The same goes for scarves, hats, and gloves. The beanie i’m wearing is seriously so comfy and keeps me beyond warm all day long.
