I’m finally home for the Holidays and spent the day baking with my mom- christmas carols and all- and I can’t wait to share this incredible recipe with you guys.
There’s seriously nothing better than white chocolate and peppermint this time of year. These cookies are soft and chewy and took under an hour to prepare. Not to mention, for those of you who don’t bake often, they’re incredibly simple!
P.S. They’d be the perfect treat for Santa….
White Chocolate Peppermint Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (set some aside for topping)
- 1 cup crushed candy cane
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine sugars and softened butter. Add in the egg, egg white, and vanilla. Mix with an electric hand mixer until blended.
- In a second bowl add flour, dry pudding mix, baking soda, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the wet mix. Mix until it's very well combined.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and crush candy canes making sure to leave out a few to garnish the tops of the cookies. Use 1 tbsp sized rounds and place on a cookie sheet making sure to place each mound 2 inch from another. Add white chocolate chips and candy cane to tops of the cookies.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Once done, let them cool and enjoy!
