Working from home is a weird, weird thing. For starters, it makes it acceptable for me to drink an entire pot of coffee all by myself, because the only person I share my office with is our pug, Ted. While it can be lonely at times, it really suits me. BUT, the biggest challenge I face is finding the energy to get up, get dressed and put on makeup every morning, just to sit by myself all day.
The one thing i’ve learned the past 6 months that i’ve worked at home, is that the better I look, the better I feel. So, I make myself to get up and get dressed just like i’m going into the office. How do I do it? A sweater. Lots and lots of warm & fuzzy winter sweaters.
This look is what I wear 99% of the time, so don’t let the fancy dresses and skirts fool you. I swear, I have between 10-20 sweaters that I rotate. They’re comfy, cozy and perfectly acceptable to wear while i’m out walking the pup or grabbing some coffee from the Starbucks down the street.
Anyway, check out some of my favorite WFH sweaters below. I promise, they’re warm and fuzzy and will keep you comfy all winter. You can also shop my bag from Oliver Bilou and receive 10% off with code “Kenzie”!

Thank you so much, beauty!
This is definitely an outfit that I would wear! I think it’s funny that you talk about how challenging it is to get up and get dressed and feel all pretty when you’re just gonna be working at home by yourself all day. I definitely feel the same way sometimes! But I also agree with you that when I dress better I feel better and it really helps me feel motivated to get my work done. Plus, then I know that if I want to go out and work in a café in the middle of the afternoon, I don’t have to put in any extra effort to get ready!

It’s so true! If I don’t get up and get dressed it’s safe to say I’m not leaving the house all day lol!
OTK boots and a cozy sweater. What else does anyone need in life? Such a cute look.

My thoughts exactly Bryanna! hah!
That sweater looks so comfy and the fit is great! Props to you for actually getting out of sweats, not sure if I could 🙂
It’s definitely not easy! And, I have to admit. It doesn’t happen EVERY day hah!
Working from home can be so tough when it comes to motivation! When I was working from home, I definitely had my days where I stayed in my PJ’s all day long, but I totally agree that making the effort to get dressed and put some makeup on makes a world of a difference when it comes to productivity! Comfy sweaters are my go-to this time of year too. Love this dark charcoal color on you!

It’s so tough! Glad to hear i’m not alone in sometimes sticking to my pjs. Thanks so much, babe!
Love this cozy look! Such a cute sweater and boots. And lol girl I’m the same way – we may be bloggers who post pretty outfits but half the time I’m cozied up in a sweater!

Give me all the cozy sweaters lol!
This is such a lovely post! I love that you work from home and still put in the effort in getting up and getting dressed! I don’t work from home but there are days that I do and I noticed a difference if I am dressed or just Laying in bed all day and work! You look great here by the way!
