Does it get more cliché then Fall? It may make me sound basic to say this, but there’s almost nothing that I love more than Autumn in the Midwest. There’s just something about that “Fall Feeling” that never fails to make me feel warm and cozy inside. I’m a sucker for Apple Cider, Hot Coffee on a Crisp Morning and of course a crackling fire. We’re only a week or two into Fall, but It feels like it’s moving extra fast this year. It only felt right to slow it down just a tad by sharing a few reasons why it’s so special to me.
Autumn was always a big deal for my family. We’d take trips to the Pumpkin Patch, the Apple Orchard and make special runs to the orchards for Apple Cider Slushees. From the leaves to the special memories with my family, it’s a time of year that always seems to bring a smile to my face. Because of that, J and I try to tackle as many Fall activities as we can this time of year. On the agenda this year? Making a Fall Floral arrangement and shopping for some new fall decor. I’ve put together a short list of my favorite Fall Activities below, but would love to know what’s on your list too!
