Have you ever heard that saying…”today i’ll be happier than a bird with a french fry”? Well, with these potato wedges it will actually come true.
Does anyone love french fries as much as I do? These bad boys make you feel 10x fancier than if you’re eating french fries and have an amazing flavor. They remind me of truffle fries and are a great addition to your summer burger recipes.
I paired them with some ketchup. But, they’d also be great with an aioli sauce, so i’d definitely recommend whipping one up to pair with these! Let me know how it tastes if you do.

- 2 Potatoes (cut into wedges)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- handful of thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a bowl coat potato wedges with olive oil, fresh chopped thyme, salt and pepper.
- Spray baking sheet with pam and add potato wedges.
- Bake until golden (about an hour).
