Well, Tuesday, I can’t say that it’s good to see you – but, at least this cocktail is making you just a bit brighter! I give all credit to my mom on coming up with this recipe, which is why i’m affectionately naming it after her. Ladies, please meet the Sherry! It’s fun, it’s fruity and it’s got a bit of a kick….and, I just know that you’re going to love it.
Let me tell you a little bit about how this recipe came to be. My mom and I were chatting about new cocktail recipes for the blog and she started raving about a new, skinnier cocktail she’s been sipping to cut back on calories in her wine. Cutting calories and a fun new cocktail? Yep, she got me. And, it’s so easy to recreate at your own house. Girls, i’m talking 5 minutes MAX. All you need is some Perrier, lime, cranberry juice and vodka. Here are the details:
- 4 ounces Perrier
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 1 ounce vodka
- Juice from 2 lime wedges
- Fill a glass with ice and add in vodka, cranberry juice, lime and top with Perrier.
- Enjoy!
