Slips at the start of fall? I assur e you I haven’t lost my mind. Quite contrary, actually, as I think i’ve finally found a solution on how to wear your most beloved summer dresses as the cooler temps start to creep up. The answer? Drapey cardigans like this rose beauty I stumbled across at Madewell.
This slip dress by Sundays in Brooklyn was one of my favorites throughout the summer (similar on sale here and here). It’s easy, breezy and the pleats are a real show stopper. So, the thought of putting it away for fall was beyond depressing. I randomly through on this Madewell Cardigan and loved the wispy combination. I topped it off with a fall felt hat and voila! A Fall look was born.
