‘Tis the season for really strong cocktails – who’s with me? It’s been a bit since i’ve shared a festive drink with you lovely ladies, so I figured that i’d give you a Christmas gift in the form of a vodka cocktail. Apart from being really ridiculously delicious, this Rosemary Pomegranate Christmas Cocktail looks pretty too. And, in my opinion, that makes it SO much better!
I LOVE adding a touch of pomegranate to my cocktails. The flavor is amazing and it’s complimented perfectly by a touch of rosemary in this delicious cocktail. Plus, it takes all of about 30 seconds to mix together, which makes it just perfect for whipping together last-minute during any holiday party.
So, give this Rosemary Pomegranate Christmas Cocktail a try and let me know how you like it!
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 Tbsp. Pomegranate Juice
- 1 oz club soda
- dash of lemon juice
- Rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds for garnish
- Ice
- Mix vodka, pomegranite juice, lemon juice and club soda together. Pour over ice.
- Garnish with rosemary and a few pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
