Not So Basic Tee & Jeans

Most days you’ll find me in a tee shirt and jeans. I know, I know… it’s nothing fancy, but it’s comfortable and it can be chic too. 

In the summer you’ll find me in my favorite pair of “mom” jeans, a statement tee and a boaters hat (similar to how I look here), and in the fall i’ll switch it out for a long sleeve top and black jeans. No, it’s not glamorous and “blog worthy”, but it’s real life and I’m A-OK with that.

I was out shopping with my mom last weekend when I spotted this Not So Basic Tee (40% off with code SHOPSUMMER) at JCREW and instantly fell in love. It’s got the sweetest heart details, and even a few sequins, but it’s still the comforting look that I love. I’ve linked a few of my favorite “heart-themed” looks below.
