Lemon Champagne Cocktail

Nothing makes me think of summer more than a tall glass of lemonade. While that might have done the trick when I was younger, my tastes have certainly evolved. That’s why i’ve swapped a simple glass of lemonade, with this ultra delicious cocktail. And, you guys, it’s good.  Like really good.

Making this cocktail is relatively straightforward,  you just need some old fashioned lemonade, a bottle of brut champagne and you’ll be a pro in no time. So, let’s get to mixing.
