Now that the holiday season has kicked off, I’m excited to start creating festive tablescapes for my upcoming parties. Thanksgiving has to be one of my favorite times of year. I think it’s easy to get caught up in life, and Thanksgiving seems to be the perfect time to remember all that we have to be thankful for.
Jordon and I always travel to be with family for Thanksgiving, so I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to celebrate the holiday with good friends by hosting a “Friendsgiving” a little early (added bonus it lets me have two Thanksgiving meals ). We live in a relatively small space in the city, and it can be hard to create a full tablescape on our dining table, but I love how this turned out. So many people make the mistake of packing the table full of decorations, which makes it look cluttered. For my tablescape I chose to stick with a few key pieces that work together to make it pop!
For today’s table I used my classic PB Traditional White Dinner plates and Napkins. For the pine cones and ribbon I headed to Michaels and I snagged the table runner and tags from the target dollar section (steal!). I was a little nervous about doing the lettering for the tags, but am pretty proud of how they turned out!
