Does anyone else love a good spa day? With work, blogging and life being as time consuming as they are I haven’t had time to pencil in spa time for a while, but boy do I love it. One of my favorite parts is the infused water you get, so I’ve been making my own and had to share one of my favorite recipes with you all!
For starters, let me just say that making your own infused water makes you really feel like you have your life figured out. I love having it on hand to serve guests and even just to spoil myself. Apart from it being delicious, it has so many health benefits. I’ve found it can be really helpful when it comes to getting fit and staying in shape. Water has zero calories, so whenever I’m craving something more than just regular bottled water I reach for fruit infused H2O and it completely satisfies my craving. Goodbye sugary juices and soda pop!
I have a few favorite recipes, but this raspberry lime water I made is by far one of the best. It’s sweet with a punch of flavor thanks to the lime. I like to let the lime and raspberry soak in the water for about 45 min to an hour before I drink it. You can easily just add 2 handfuls of raspberries and 2-3 limes to your Brita and let it sit. Hope you all enjoy!

Whenever my husband and I have infused water at a restaurant, we make sweeping statements about how we could “make this ALL the time at home!” Then we never do. This inspires me to finally get my Brita out of the garage and try it for myself. Raspberry and lime sounds so refreshing. I also want to recommend strawberries. Surprisingly delicious.

I was the same way! My fiance and I decided it was past time to try it out. Strawberries sound amazing, i’ll have to try them out next! Will let you know how it goes 🙂

I made a few different infused waters last summer and loved them, they were so refreshing and addicting. I work at a salon and spa and people LOVE the infused water, it does make you so relaxed. I haven’t tried this combo, so I can’t wait to make this!
