YOU GUYS.
Valentine’s day is next week. Like, what? I told myself at Christmas I’d be ready for this, but it always ends up sneaking up on me. Yes, it’s a super cheesy holiday, but I get really into it, and J always manages to surprise me in the sweetest way. One year, he even decorated our entire apartment and cooked the cutest dinner.
Yesterday, I found myself in a bit of a cocktail rut. I love coming up with new ideas for you guys, but sometimes I just can’t think of anything creative. So, I took to my favorite blogs, and got some recs from you guys and this amazing list of cocktails was born! I’ve included a few cocktails that I put together in the past (the French 75 is my favorite) too.
So if you’re looking to feel like a real mixologist and whip up some delicious Valentine’s Day cocktails give these a shot!

Okay, let’s get mixing. (kinda)
1. Raspberry Pink Champagne Floats
There’s no better way to kick off this list than with a cocktail that pairs champagne and Raspberry sorbet! These Raspberry Pink Champagne Floats look as gorgeous as they are tasty, too.
2. Rose Champagne Cocktail
No Valentine’s Day is complete without strawberries. So, why not include them in your cocktail too!
3. Gin and Jam Cocktail
I crafted this Gin and Jam Cocktail a few weeks back, and have adored it ever since. A dash of quality jam and a bit of gin and you’ve got yourself a Valentines Drink. You can even garnish with fruit or a flower for an extra touch.
4. Pomegranate Gin Fizz
This Pomegranate Gin Fizz cocktail can easily be made for adults, or sans gin for a fun drink for the kids. The Pomegranates give it a lightness that pairs perfectly with a pinch of lime.
5. Champagne Rhubarb Cocktail
A simple twist on the classic French 75 – this Champagne Rhubarb Cocktail is on the top of my list to try out for the holiday.
6. Elderflower Spanish Gin & Tonics
I love a good gin and tonic, by have never tried one with a Spanish flair until now. You guys, YUM. Add this Elderflower Spanish Gin & Tonic to your list ASAP.
7. Blackberry Thyme Cocktail
Blackberry syrup, thyme and bubbly make this cocktail one that should most certainly be on the menu this Valentines Day – don’t you think?
8. Coming up Rose Cocktail
Ever since living in D.C. I adore cherry blossoms. There’s nothing that makes me think more of spring! Kaylee from the Blondielocks came up with the sweetest Rose cocktail featuring some gorgeous cherry blossoms too.
9. Rose Water Cointreau Fizz
A little rose and a lot of fizz – what’s not to love! Geneva also gives a few hints as to how you can add a bit more floral fusion into this Rose Water Cointreau Fizz cocktail.
10. Rosemary, Grapefruit and Gin Cocktail
I’m a sucker for Rosemary and grapefruit, it’s one of those combinations that just works – no matter the setting! I’ll certainly be adding this cocktail to my list come springtime.
11. Lemon Champagne Cocktail
I’m a sucker for a cocktail with a touch of lemon, and this Lemon Champagne drink I came up with last year has stolen my heart! Trust me, you won’t be able to put it down.
12. Malibu Island Spiced Cocktail
A combination that’s a sweet as Valentines Day. This cocktail combines Vanilla, Coconut and cinnamon for one flavorful combination.
