Can you feel it? It’s getting warmer, birds are chirping and flowers are starting to bloom. Yesterday was the first official day of Spring, which means Easter isn’t too far away! As an avid lover of flowers, pastels and baby animals Easter has always been one of my favorite holidays. After all, I love coming up with spring inspired treats after a long, cold winter.
Our weather has made it hard for me to get in the Easter mood. But, nonetheless, I’ve rounded up a few must-try Spring recipes to help you prepare for any Easter entertaining you may be doing over the next few weeks. There is A LOT of sugar and candy involved in these recipes, so consider yourself warned!
Brunch

Don’t forget a simple side of Hot Cross Buns.
Cocktails
We all know a good easter brunch isn’t complete without a a few good cocktails. At the top of my list? This Sparkling Grapefruit Cocktail and the Lavender Grapefruit Greyhound.
