What a weekend! Jordon and I soaked up the gorgeous fall weather this weekend by heading to George Washington’s Mt. Vernon estate and it was seriously gorgeous. Monday mornings can be brutal after fun weekends like this one, and I always try to ease myself back into the work week by starting my Monday off with a healthy breakfast.

Pomegranate, apple cider, lime & vodka is always a winning combination. I found the original recipe over at Evermine Occasions, but added a bit of lime for a punch.
