I don’t know what it is about Charcuterie trays that intimidated me so much. There’s something SO fancy about them and I wanted to master them for the longest time, so when I finally did I knew I had to share it with you. Continue Reading
Let’s face it, Christmas is all about the goodies, right? I got this idea off of Pinterest and LOVED making them as a Holiday housewarming gift for our friends. I’m definitely planning on making them again for our Christmas party later this month.
After Thanksgiving, i’ve gone on a complete health kick. It’s great to indulge over the holidays, but this week I wanted to get back on track and this Oatmeal Bake is my go to healthy breakfast. I found the original recipe on eat yourself skinny and made a few changes to make it even skinnier.
Mini anything is cute, but these eggless pumpkin pies take the cake. I try and keep my diet as healthy as possible, and while I definitely indulge around the Holidays, these make sure I never have to feel guilty.
There’s something about chili that reminds me of spending time with my mom in the kitchen when it was way too cold to go outside. I swear we had chili all the time during the holidays, so it felt like the perfect time to share this healthy turkey chili recipe.
What a weekend! Jordon and I soaked up the gorgeous fall weather this weekend by heading to George Washington’s Mt. Vernon estate and it was seriously gorgeous. Monday mornings can be brutal after fun weekends like this one, and I always try to ease myself back into the work week by starting my Monday off with a healthy breakfast.
These Buffalo Chicken Nachos with Queso are SO delicious, and are honestly the perfect dish for any tailgating party. I found the original recipe over on HosttheToast and made a few changes based on our taste (J hates anything too spicy). I love how it turned out & had to share. Enjoy!
Apple season is in full force and we bought way too many from our apple picking outing last week. I love experimenting with traditional recipes, so J and I decided to make some cinnamon apples for our pancakes and they turned out SO good. Happy Sunday morning & enjoy!
I have been searching for healthy doughnut recipes forever and these Cinnamon Vanilla Doughnuts adapted from Brit and Co. are amazing and SO easy to make. I love Krispy Kream, but hate all the calories so these are a great way to indulge without feeling guilty. Also, they only take about 30 minutes, which is perfect for any lazy Sunday treat!
If you’re like me, Monday mornings are rough. Now that it’s getting colder outside it’s even harder to get out of bed, so an easy breakfast is a MUST. This recipe can be made Sunday night and can last you quite a few meals, talk about a win-win. Also, it’s super healthy and delicious!
