I’ve never been one to really change up my breakfast routine. I’ll admit, i’m a creature of habit when it comes to my mornings. In fact, more often than not you’ll find me reaching for some yogurt as i’m rushing to put on the final touches of my make-up during the week. But, last week I decided to step out of my comfort zone and whip up a Strawberry Peach Spring Smoothie and boy am I glad I did.
It’s no secret i’ve been trying to eat a little healthier, and this smoothie was the perfect way to shake up my bland yogurt or oatmeal routine! The strawberry and peach flavors compliment one another so well and the slightest bit of honey is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. I’d say this Strawberry Peach Spring Smoothie is a must try, especially if you love smoothies as much as J and I do!
2 fresh peaches
1 cups frozen strawberries
1 tsp honey (if you like it sweet)
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt
Add all ingredients in a blender and mix. If needed, add ice to thicken!
Pour quickly, serve and enjoy.
